Welcome to The Association of School Personnel Administrators

The Georgia Association of School Personnel Administrators (GASPA) was formed in 1966 as a professional organization for persons working in the field of human resources. GASPA provides up to date professional development and resources through two statewide conferences annually and through strong partnerships with state agencies and educational organizations.

MISSION

The mission of the Georgia Association of School Personnel Administrators is to lead the way in providing best practice human capital management services for Georgia's K-12 public schools.

NEW GASPA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

GASPA is pleased to announce the selection of a new executive director for the association with the retirement of Dr. Vince Richardson. Wilma Widmer will officially begin her duties on January 1, 2017. Please join us in congratulating Wilma Widmer who will be retiring from Walton County in 2016.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION

In special recognition a plaque was presented to Macy Defnall for outstanding leadership and service on the GASPA Executive Board and for completing one year as President of GASPA (2015-2016).


In special recognition a plaque was presented to Dr. Sid Camp for serving on the GASPA Executive Board and completing two years as President Elect and Program Chair. (2014-2016)
