Welcome to The Association of School Personnel Administrators

The Georgia Association of School Personnel Administrators (GASPA) was formed in 1966 as a professional organization for persons working in the field of human resources. GASPA provides up to date professional development and resources through two statewide conferences annually and through strong partnerships with state agencies and educational organizations.

MISSION

The mission of the Georgia Association of School Personnel Administrators is to lead the way in providing best practice human capital management services for Georgia's K-12 public schools.

POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

The Georgia Association of School Personnel Administrators (GASPA) is seeking candidates for the position of Executive Director. Official starting date January 1, 2017. AWARDS AND RECOGNITION

Special recognition and a plaque were presented to Dr. Sid Camp for outstanding leadership and service on the GASPA Executive Board and for completing two years as President of GASPA (2013-2015).


Special recognition and a plaque were presented to Dr. Candace Norton as the recipient of the GASPA Distinguished Service Award for years of faithful, dedicated and continuous service to GASPA as well as a plaque for serving on the GASPA Executive Board and completing two years as President Elect and Program Chair. (2013-2015)


GASPA announced a $2,000 contribution to the SPARK Campaign. Stan DeJarnett, Executive Director –Georgia Vision Project, was present for the announcement along with other GASPA Executive Board Members and Executive Director.
